Day to day • Analyze client’s skin to determine and recommend corrective beauty treatment. • Competent and skillful in beauty and bodywork therapies. • Able to ensure optimum client service standards • Update and maintain customer information records, such as beauty services provided and recommendations. • Confident to recommend and sell skin, body, nail care and make-up products. • Keep treatment areas clean and sanitize tools to health and safety regulations. • Work as a productive member of the salon team. • Certified in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, sport massage ect • Ability to work cohesively with all Spa areas and co-workers as part of a team. • Have genuine interest in holistic therapies • The ability to provide a personalized experience with seamless service with treatments that deliver tangible health benefits. • To ensure that all treatments are offered in a unique SPA ambiance using products that enhances and exceeds the guest expectations. • The ability to consistently perform treatments, up sell and ensuring all protocols and Four Seasons standards are adhered to. • The ability to perform massage, facial, manicures, pedicures, Hammam and other SPA services. • The ability to handle guests concerns and comments and find a proper resolution to ensure guest satisfaction. • Perform reception coverage when needed. • The ability to interact with guests, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest • Usage in a friendly but unobtrusive manner with all guests. Act as an ambassador for the Spa at all times. • The ability to work in a team manner with all staff and spa management to ensure that the highest level of services is performed in conjunction with a smooth spa operation. • The ability to regularly inform and record guest preferences. • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professional presentation of all area. • The ability to comply with daily and opening/closing checklists. • The ability to ensure all areas of the Spa and Fitness are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of treatment rooms and all locker room amenities and venues for the guests. The ability to assist in all areas of the Spa when necessary. • The ability to learn new techniques in new Spa treatments. • The ability to sell and up sell products and services to generate incremental revenue and guest satisfaction. • The ability to maintain cleanliness of the prep room and treatment rooms to standard. • Ensure that we follow the Golden Rule at all times. • To ensure you read the hotels employee handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotels rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, hygiene, Health & Safety. • To comply with local legislation as required. • To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel. • To ensure, as directed by your manager, and following completion of your initial job training that you remain up to date with regards to Manual Handling as relevant to your role. • To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest. • To ensure, as directed by your manager, and following completion of your initial job training • Basic understanding on medical condition. • Wearing face mask at all time while dealing with guests • Understanding protocol of Covid-19 Hygiene • Cleaning treatment room in a safe / hygienic way as per ministry of health instructions

Requirements spa therapist experience, Proven outstanding customer service skills, Ability to communicate confidently, professionally and helpfully with guests. Good written and spoken English
