Dignity Health at Home is recruiting for a full-time Occupational Therapist in Chandler, Arizona. At Dignity Health at Home, our occupational therapists spend quality one on one time with their patients, make their own schedule, and develop creative, practical solutions for their patient’s daily living activities.
You work hard to make sure they are able to live their lives to the fullest. That’s a pretty important job and that’s why are looking for passionate Occupational Therapist’s to join our team.
What you’ll do:
Performs initial occupational therapy patient evaluation.
Establishes and performs occupational therapy treatments according to the physician’s plan of treatment and in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Provides patient care education to patient and other caregivers.
Participates in case conferences, summary reports, quarterly record review and annual program review, in-services and special case orientations.
Maintains productivity standards and availability requirements.
What you’ll need:
An active registered OT license in the state of Arizona
One year of OT experience
Passion for excellence in quality of care
