Conway Regional Heath System Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist- Safety Sensitive in Conway, Arkansas
The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be responsible for coordinating treatment for psychiatric patients and their families. This includes individual, group and family therapy, treatment planning, psychosocial history, and therapeutic interventions.
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:
This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of
Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to
Patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and
supporting the delivery health care related services.
Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least a master’s degree in a behavioral science discipline. Independently licensed to practice in Arkansas, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, preferred.
Maintain licensure according to Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board, Counseling Board, or Psychology Board, as applies
Experience: Minimum two years post-master’s experience in psychiatric or mental health setting. Must have completed hospital and clinic orientations.
