Border Therapy Services Full Time Clinical Director/ Physical Therapist

Border Therapy Services continues to grow in the El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico areas!

We are looking for physical therapists who are interested in opening and/ or running existing PT locations. We offer mentorship in both clinical and management aspects of physical therapy and a comprehensive benefits package, continuing education and the potential for bonuses.

Border Therapy Services is a locally owned physical therapy company, and we have a corporate partnership with Alliance Physical Therapy Partners. We have multiple PTs and PTAs with a variety of specializations across our clinics. These include but not limited to: OCS, CHT, IASTM, Gaston techniques, FAAOMPTs, neurological rehabilitation certification, blood flow moderation training, vestibular, LVST and dry needling

The clinical director is given clear cut well defined expectations for clinical operation and growth both economically and with patient care. This position allows the clinical director freedom to achieve established goals without micromanagement. We are seeking individuals who are passionately driven to provide their staff, patients and the community at large the utmost physical therapy experience possible.

Responsibilities include:

  • Patient evaluation, treatment and documentation per state license, practice act and company policy guidelines.

  • Follows Border Therapy Services clinical/company policies and procedures of management

  • Supervises license and non-license personnel appropriately

  • When needed, appropriately and in a timely manner communicates with staff in meetings, annual reviews and day to day activities.

  • Monitors and adjusts scheduling and staff to appropriate levels for work hours, paid time off etc.

  • When patient care, staff development and management duties permit, will assist in both with internal marketing and external marketing (meeting referral sources in person).

  • Responds to patient surveys in an appropriate and timely fashion.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate of an accredited PT program.

  • Licensed or eligible Texas and/ or New Mexico

  • Three or more years practicing as a PT.

  • Management experience preferred but not mandatory.
