Where you fit in

The Crisis Mental Health Therapist will conduct crisis mental health and substance use evaluations for our patients. You will evaluate biopsychosocial status and needs for development of an appropriate treatment/crisis plan.

Your exceptional skills

  • Diplomacy, tact, patience needed in dealing with those in accurate distress or suffering from serious mental illness.

  • Ability to verbally de-escalate violent/disruptive behavior.

  • Auditory skills to hear reporting by clients of their problems.

Your exceptional qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in mental health related field required.

  • 2 + years of experience providing mental health treatment preferred.

  • Experience in crisis triage preferred.

  • Valid LSW required or license eligible for the LMHC or LMFT required.
