Learn It Systems Mental Health Therapist - LCPC, LCSW in Lombard, Illinois

Total Spectrum is looking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in the greater Chicagoland area (serving Lombard and Aurora)!

This position offers a chance to work flexible, part-time hours or full time!

Total Spectrum offers services to children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other behavioral health disorders including:

  • Multidisciplinary Assessments

  • Treatment

  • Parent training

  • School Consultation Services

The Mental Health Therapist independently performs individual, family, and group counseling services to children, adolescents and family members. Our mental health services team strives to follow best practice guidelines surrounding clinical assessment and treatment interventions and offers a supportive and collaborative experience for each family.   • Daily health screenings are required of all staff and families

  • Conduct objective and comprehensive mental health assessments.

  • Provide direct therapy and case management services to children, adolescents, and their families.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans with specific measurable goals.

  • Effectively implement evidence-based interventions for a range of presenting concerns.

  • Develop parent training/family goals and maintain ongoing parent involvement.

  • Perform autism diagnostic testing and assist clinical psychologist with psychological services, as appropriate.

  • Offer coordination of care with other professionals to enhance the quality of services.

  • Conduct local outreach and/or marketing to build caseload and community awareness.

  • Understand and follow clinical policies and procedures.

  • Complete thorough clinical documentation within established timelines.

  • Communicate professionally with fellow staff, clients, and community members.

  • Promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere among staff and clients.

  • Maintain regular and effective communication with supervisor.

  • Promote improvements to the company operations and quality of clinical services.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  1. Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.

  2. Independent clinical license within assigned region (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).

  3. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

  4. General availability in the afternoons, evenings, or weekends due to school-aged client schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with autism spectrum disorder and related neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred.

  2. Existing in-network/credentialed status with major insurance carriers.

Physical Requirements:
