The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of consumers' physical status (to include abilities and disabilities), vocational and daily living skills, and for the assessment of needs to assist in the person-centered planning process.
Bachelor's degree with a major in Occupational Therapy required. National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Registration, State of Michigan license required. One year of applicable experience, adult CPR training, and membership in American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) preferred.
