Dot Foods, Inc. Physical Therapist in Mt. Sterling, Illinois

Location: Mt Sterling, IL Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Occupational Health

Your Role: Provide quality physical therapy to qualified employees and family members. Services will be rendered at the new Dot Food’s Family Physical Therapy Center.

  • Schedule, assess, develop, and conduct treatment programs based on patients’ needs

  • Maximize the outcome of physical therapy treatments and take advantage of scheduling efficiencies to serve patients in a quality manner

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with the Occupational Health Team, Family Health Center staff, and treating physicians

  • Comprehensive and timely documentation in EMR and responses to requests for documentation

  • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

Role Specifics:

  • Schedule – 40 hours per week; flexible hours and days

  • Travel – Occasional overnight travel (1-2 times per year) to company locations, professional seminars, and meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train

We Need You To Have:

  • Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy

  • State license in Physical Therapy

  • Experience with organizing and managing multiple priorities

  • Dependable/accountable

  • Excellent customer service

We’d Like You To Have:

  • Motivation towards personal learning

  • Experience with independent decision making

  • 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
