This job provides physical therapy evaluations and treatment to patients referred for physical therapy
- Days with rotating weekends
Performs Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
Performs Physical Therapy treatments
Documents Physical Therapy interventions
Provides input into daily care planning for patients
Ensures service quality of treatment provided by PTAs and techs; supervises PT or PTA student when assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic computer knowledge, proficient in English verbal and written skills
Education, Experience, Licensure Required:
Experience with neuro rehab, including, spinal cord injury/disease, brain injury and stroke.
B.S. in Physical Therapy
Basic Life Support/CPR , Cert Non-Violent Crises Interv , Physical Therapist
One year experience in setting applied for.
Graduate degree preferred
