This job provides physical therapy evaluations and treatment to patients referred for physical therapy


  • Days with rotating weekends


  • Performs Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations

  • Performs Physical Therapy treatments

  • Documents Physical Therapy interventions

  • Provides input into daily care planning for patients

  • Ensures service quality of treatment provided by PTAs and techs; supervises PT or PTA student when assigned


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Basic computer knowledge, proficient in English verbal and written skills

Education, Experience, Licensure Required:

  • Experience with neuro rehab, including, spinal cord injury/disease, brain injury and stroke.

  • B.S. in Physical Therapy

  • Basic Life Support/CPR , Cert Non-Violent Crises Interv , Physical Therapist


  • One year experience in setting applied for.

  • Graduate degree preferred
