ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Milieu Therapists for our Child/Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program provide group psychotherapy to children and adolescents with mental health disorders. We’re looking for confident clinicians accustomed to evaluating, planning, and providing compassionate services within a partial hospitalization program; plus all related documentation and case management work.
Provide preventative, verbal and physical interventions using evidence based crisis management system with child/adolescent persons-served ages 6-18. Plan and facilitate individual and group therapeutic activities as well as complete necessary clinical documentation. Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions, treatment, and discharge preparation as well as verbal and physical de-escalation as needed. Function as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Master's in Human Services and 1 year paid work experience in either residential or crisis OR Bachelor's in Human Services and 3 years paid work experience in residential or crisis services delivery.
ACT 33/34/73 Clearances required (Criminal, Child and FBI DHS Check)

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary slightly according to program need. This is a Non-Exempt (Hourly) position.
