Health Solutions Multi-Systemic Therapist in Pueblo, Colorado

Health Solutions is a premier wellness center focused on whole-person care.With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado, you would be joining a mightyteam of support and administrative staff, case managers, clinicians,physicians, nurses, and others in our efforts to improve the health andwellbeing of our community.We're looking for a Multi-Systemic Therapist to join our Youth & FamilyServices unit at 1012 W. Abriendo Avenue in Pueblo. You would be working inhomes, schools, and other community sites in and around Pueblo.What You'd Be DoingAs a member of our team, you would receive training in the MST model, andusing the MST analytic process, you would provide assessments, analyses,treatment recommendations, and interventions. You would use your therapyskills to support and build families, primarily in the natural surroundingsof home and community. You would need excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively within and across systems in thecommunitySpecifically, the MST Therapist:* Conducts MST assessment including reviewing referral information,identifying and engaging key participants, and identifying systemicstrengths and weaknesses;* Develops an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecologicalcontext:* Engages primary caregivers and other key participants in activechange-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers toengagement;* Implements problem conceptualization, treatment planning, interventionimplementation, case outcome review, and strategy revision proceduresusing the MST analytic process;* Uses the nine MST principles and the MST analytic process in treatment;* Maintains clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that* facilitates peer and supervisory review and feedback;* Collaborates with all relevant systems and participants in the system;and Participates in MST training, supervision, and consultation activities.Physical requirements include the following:* Requires frequent standing, sitting, driving, and walking for prolongedperiods of time* Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 25 pounds* Requires working under stress in emergency situations* Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record data electronicallyand communicate with clients* Requires occasional driving in adverse weather conditions* Requires frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboardand mouseHealth Solutions expects all staff to* Adapt to change in the workplace and use change as an opportunity forinnovation and creativity;* Take ownership of problems, brainstorm problem resolutions, and use soundjudgment in selecting solutions to problems, and demonstrate consistentfollow-through;* Possess the job knowledge and skills to perform the fundamental jobfunctions, and willingly assume greater responsibility over time regardingthe scope of work;* Inspire and model collaborative teamwork; and* Demonstrate accommodation, politeness, helpfulness, trust-building,appropriate boundaries, and flexibility in customer service.What We're Looking For The Must-Haves* Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field* Computer proficiency* Colorado driver's license and access to transportation during work hoursWhat We'd Like to See in You The Nice-to-Haves* Colorado professional license or license-eligible (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)* One year mental health treatment experience with children/adolescents* Experience with theory and application of family systems, socialecological, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and pragmatic family therapies* Experience applying child development research to treatment* Experience assessing social skills and developing effective interventions* Spanish language skillsWhat You'll Like About Us* Competitive pay. $56,726 - $62,540, determined by experience and license* Generous benefits package.
