GENERAL SUMMARY:In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education. Monitors the treatment activities of COTA's and aides.STANDARD QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Work Experience:* Successful completion of clinical internship.* Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.C. Certification, Licensure, Registration:* Current State OT license.* BLS certification.D.
