Currently seeking aiPart-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapistifor Therapy Specialists at Liberty Station Outpatient Clinic iniPoint Loma, CA!Therapy Specialists is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist for their Outpatient Clinic at Liberty Station in Point Loma, CA. The position will be Part-Time with a Schedule on Mondays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is great potential for growth of hours to Full-Time as the clinic looks to grow Pediatric Services!Qualifications include:Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) License.A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience working with children ages 0-21 years old with a variety of diagnoses, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Feeding Disorders, Sensory Processing Disorders, Fine Motor Delays, etc.Proficiency and competency in providing Telehealth Services is preferred.Understanding and use of a variety of assessment tools (e.g. PDMS-2, BOT-2, PEDI, Beery VMI, Sensory Profile-2, etc)Good communication skills with the ability to interact appropriately with patients, families, physicians, and other staff on a daily basis.Experience documenting with EMR Systems; Clinicient Experience is a plus!Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Evaluating, screening, and providing treatment for children ages 0-21 years old in the following areas: fine motor skills, visual motor skills, adaptive skills, etc.Complete thorough documentation and manage paperwork efficiently with independence.Provide parent education and home programs in an effective manner.Communicating and collaborating effectively with other therapy disciplines, physicians, and community partners.Providing staff in-services for collaboration with different disciplines.Providing a hybrid of both in-person and virtual services via Zoom.Practicing co-treatments with Pediatric Physical Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist when appropriate and in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines.Why Therapy Specialists?Founded in 1976 by Susan J.
