Previous pediatric and NICU experience is a plus but not required. New graduates will benefit from a robust precepted training program, and all new employees receive precepted orientation to pediatric critical care units. Requirements: Current licensure in State of Florida required and must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
