Full time Occupational Therapists needed to join our friendly, pro-rehab, multi-discipline rehab team helping people move towards their physical, mental, and spiritual health. Great South Bay Skilled Nursing and Rehab Psych facility in Sunnyvale, CA! New and experienced therapists welcome to apply. We are seeking dedicated therapists who are looking for a rewarding healthcare career to join our rehab team; to share our values and our goals in improving the quality of life of the people in our care.

ONR offer's our new grad mentorship program, SHINE, for those getting their careers started. A mentor will bring experience and knowledge to the new therapist in areas such as complex patient treatment, case load development and management, adherence to regulations, appropriate assessment tools, electronic documentation and electronic health records, meetings, staff communication and many other areas both unique to the facility and to the patients.

The Staff Occupational Therapist:

  • Evaluates and treats patients per physician orders utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

  • Maintains current clinical knowledge through continuing education.

  • Must have graduated from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible to receive licensure.

Duties and responsibilities of the employee are governed by licensure regulations and practice acts of the state in which they are employed.
