Mercy Medical Center Clinton Occupational Therapist - Full Time in Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital - Schenectady, New York
Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of St. Peter's Health Partners, has a full time Occupational Therapist opening. Will be responsible for direct patient care, evaluation and implementation of programs designed to improve patients' functional independence. The successful candidate must function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential.
Performs evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques. Establishes, implements, and adapts an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency).
Documents accurately, completely, and timely.
Demonstration of at least entry level professional competency of Occupational Therapy practice, theory, principles and applications
Bachelors Degree required
NYS OT license are required
