You must hold a Master's degree in a mental health discipline and be on a clinical licensure track for this role (LPCC, LMFT, LISW). In this unique position at Fraser, the caseload will include day treatment services for preschool-aged children with a mental health diagnosis, as well as providing outpatient therapy to children and families. You get to collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders in the child's life, and Fraser staff and clinicians. $1,000 Hiring Bonus for external new hires! Caseloads include: 3 hour preschool day treatment session for children with a mental health diagnosis Outpatient therapy either in clinic or via telehealth with children and families Other day-to-day responsibilities include: Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans Conduct individual, family, and group therapy and skills training Perform crisis interventions Welcome new clients and conduct diagnostic assessments Collaborate and communicate with parents, county workers, social workers, and other key individuals in the client's life Positively affect change in client's lives in the areas of problem-solving, decision making, communication, social skills, and behavior interventions Provide work direction and leadership to staff in day treatment classrooms Documentation Interested in learning more?
