We'll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value ofspirituality in healing.We're proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.Your day.As a Licensed Therapist you need to know how to:Provide group and individual therapy using therapeutic techniques and otheroutcomes based approaches appropriate to group functioning and skills basedupon the information gathered during the comprehensive initial assessmentConduct intake interviews with patient individually and/or in groups toassess appropriateness for program and to build care plans obtaining patientdiagnostic information, history of illness, cultural assessment,strengths, screening and risk assessments, trauma, family and social historyDevelop and implement treatment plan for stabilization, mobilization, anddisposition appropriate for patient care that are individualized and goalfocused within 24 hours of patient admissionDocument group and individual activities as well as progress and response totreatment in the patient's medical records as neededAssess coping mechanisms and current functioning in the following areas:mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, inter-personaleffectivenessPlan and develop group and individual treatments in coordination with apsychiatrist and as a member of a multi-discipline teamImplement group and individual treatments ensuring a safe, comfortabletherapeutic environmentEnsure the follow through of treatment goals by coordinating post program careYour experience.We hire people, not resumes.
